bdaji Terms and Conditions

Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to use the bdaji platform. Registration and participation are permitted only for those aged 21 or above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. bdaji reserves the right to request valid proof of identity for age verification at any time.

Geographic Eligibility

Residents of Bangladesh are the primary target users of bdaji. However, users are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming activities are lawful in their location. Full responsibility for compliance with local laws and regulations rests with the user.

Capacity and Consent

By registering on the platform, the user declares that they:

• are legally capable of entering into a contract;
• are operating the account in their own name and of their own free will;
• have read and agreed to all of bdaji's terms and conditions in full;
• confirm that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are not connected to money laundering.

Registration Process

Each user may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, bdaji reserves the right to cancel all of them and seize the associated funds. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Password and Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. bdaji will never ask for a password by email or phone. If unauthorized access is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately. bdaji is not responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access.

Identity Verification (KYC)

In the interest of security and fraud prevention, bdaji may at any time ask the user to submit the following documents:

• a copy of a National ID (NID) or passport;
• proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement);
• proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawal requests may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

Deposit Terms

Withdrawal Terms

Welcome Bonus

bdaji offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times the total bonus amount must be met. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳25,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once that period expires.
• To benefit from a bonus, deposits and withdrawals must be made through the same account.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or shared family accounts is prohibited.

VIP Program

bdaji's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Regular active players can progress to higher tiers over time. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier: up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver, and up to 1.5% at Gold. Cashback rates and terms are subject to bdaji's discretion and may change.

Gaming Fairness

Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the bdaji platform:

• operating multiple accounts or using another person's account;
• playing games using automated software (bots), scripts, or artificial intelligence;
• exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs for an unfair advantage and concealing this;
• exploiting bonus systems through betting patterns (bonus abuse);
• using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity;
• attempting to arrange predetermined outcomes with other users (match fixing).

Consequences of Violations

If evidence of any of the above prohibited activities is found, bdaji may immediately suspend or terminate the account, forfeit all bonuses and winnings, and take legal action where applicable.

Data Collection and Use

Data Disclosure

Closure by the User

Any user can voluntarily close their account at any time via 24/7 live chat or email. Remaining valid funds may be withdrawn before account closure, subject to completing verification and meeting bonus conditions.

Cancelled by bdaji

In the following circumstances, bdaji may suspend or permanently cancel an account without prior notice:

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated;
• If registration was completed using false information;
• If evidence of illegal activity or fraud is found;
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).

Complaint Process

Resolution Policy
